Delivery Details when making a purchase from Giotti . Our quoted price includes shipping, packing, handling and insurance. All items are shipped door-to-door. All items are insured against breakage. Claims must be made to Giotti within two days of receiving the shipment and should be documented with photographs. In some cases, your insurance claim may be subject to inspection. We suggest that you keep the packaging and merchandise in its original condition as much as possible. If you believe that you have an insurance claim, please contact us immediately. We try to keep the delivery time as accurate as possible however this is only an estimated time and products can often arrive sooner than expected. Occasionally delays in delivery can occur, these are often beyond our control. If delivery is of the essence please contact us prior to ordering to let us know the importance and we will be able to advise you and make special notes against your order as required.

Return Policy : Please contact us and wait for our reply via email. All items must be returned well packed and in the original packaging. The package should be shipped to: Bottega Giotti. Upon receipt we will process the credit to your credit card unless we have already agreed otherwise (product exchange, etc.).
